Sleeping on It…

This is my new strategy when it comes to real estate shopping.
Like I told you the other day the house wifey & I are interested in went to a bidding war. I was skeptical as to whether or not there was a 2nd bidder and my skepticism has served me well, however I still do not know for sure. But the bank rejected “both” offers. They said the offer was too low to counter and they want to sell it for asking price.
So what is my new strategy? I really do not know. What is on the table:
Option A: Pay asking price for the house
Option B: Bump up our offer just a bit and offer low again.
Option C: Sit on it for a few more weeks and offer low again. There is a risk of someone else getting the house (which we would sleep just fine at night if this happened).
Option D: Walk Away
The answer of what we are going to do IS one of these options, just not sure what. Any advice? E-mail chriskakarasblog@gmail.com
